Back in the summer, a contractor contacted me and asked that I do a digital rendering of his ideas for the outside facade of a new restaurant he was working on in West Seattle. It was the first time I was paid to create something like this (other than what I do for fun) and was a fun project to work on. While the bank did not approve his vision for the outside of the building (it’s in a strip of buildings that the bank owns and they didn’t want the front to look different from the others), many of the ideas were used on the inside of the restaurant. I wanted until now to post this until the restaurant opened (which, I believe, it has). Note: The Soprano’s sign used in the rendering had to match what was used at another restaurant in California.
